حسمت المحكمة الاتحادية ،اليوم الثلاثاء، الجدل بشأن الجلسة الأولى للبرلمان وأكدت شرعية ودستورية الجلسة.
وقررت المحكمة رد الدعويين المقدمتين من النائبين محمود المشهداني وباسم خشان وتحميلهما تكاليف الدعوى.
وكان النائبان قد تقدما بدعويين للطعن بدستورية الجلسة الاولى للدورة البرلمانية الخامسة بذريعة حدوث توتر اثناء عقدها مما تسبب بنقل المشهداني الى المستشفى.
